The super-affordable Dumbbells-Only exercise program provides 12 weeks of exercises that you can do at home if you have dumbbells or kettlebells (or even at the gym – your choice)!  Since it’s a virtual program, you can do it at your own pace and time.  And we provide your plans, along with directions, video demonstrations, and tracking capabilities using the Ford Wellness Training app. 

During your time in the program, you’ll be assigned to an online coach who will help motivate you and hold you accountable along the way.
