Yoga Flow is a class where we connect breath with movement. We utilize traditional yoga, pilates, and mobility movements synced up with your breath. This class can either be slow or faster-paced, depending on the day. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and flexible.
Equipment needed: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, or 2 pillows.
Fitness Levels: Beginner, Intermediate
Fridays at 9am ET (6 am PT) and Tuesdays at 12pm ET (9am PT)
