You’ll receive a combination of sports nutrition coaching and fitness coaching to help ensure that you display peak performance when it counts! 30-Day Fitness Challenge

This 30-Day Workout Challenge is designed to focus on FITNESS & FUN! You pay a fee to enter the challenge, that fee goes into a pot with other people who have paid the same fee, and at the end, whoever successfully completes the challenge divides the pot and pockets the cash! Cha-ching $$ This challenge takes place during the months of April, June, and September!

 
 

Online Customized Exercise Plan

You tell us what your fitness goals are, and we tailor an online plan that helps you meet those goals? Want sexier arms? More defined legs? Want to slim down? Want to bulk up? We’ve got you covered!

 

Customized Macros

If you want guidance on what to eat, but prefer to have flexibility and variety in your day-to-day eating patterns, the customized macros program is the perfect option for you!  With this program, your coach will give target amounts of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins to eat each day (otherwise known as macronutrients or “macros”). For the most part, you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within these numbers.  Macros may change weekly or monthly depending on check-ins and progress.  

$35 every 4 weeks  (If you already are receiving fitness services from us and would like to customized macronutrient targets added to your existing program, you can receive this as an add-on service for $19 every 4 weeks by messaging your coach).

This is the perfect product for you if you want exercise ideas and access to HUNDREDS of workouts created by our team of fitness coaches! For only $20 per month, you get full access to the Ford Wellness app, including our workout plans, a support group of other fitness-minded people like you, and a progress tracker without a commitment to any particular program. PLUS you are assigned to an online fitness coach to ask questions and get ideas from! Where else can you get a coach, endless exercise ideas, and accountability and support for 20 bucks? You can’t beat this! 

 

Virtual Group Bootcamp Classes

Get ready to work hard, sweat harder, and burn some major calories with this high-intensity Bootcamp. Modifications will be made so that every fitness level can dive right in! You will benefit from having some resistance bands and dumbbells on hand, but there will be bodyweight-only options available for you if you don’t own any of those.
