Fitness Training

Meet with your favorite Ford Wellness Fitness Coach at the Colosseum Gym in Columbia, Maryland for a fitness training session. We make sure the level of training that you receive is appropriate for your skill level and current health status. Check out the packages below to pick the one that best suits your current needs!

We plan to resume in-person training when  COVID-19 infection rates continue to decline and stay low in the state of Maryland.  Scheduling links have been disabled and will be re-added once we know for sure that it is safe to see clients in person.


1-1 Fitness Training

Meet your coach for a one-on-one personal training session. You’ll receive individualized care and attention during your session, as your coach tailors your plans specifically for you.  Whether you are new to exercise, back in the gym after being away for a while due to an injury or “life just happening,” or are an elite athlete looking for an extra push, our qualified trainers can help you meet your fitness goals.

1 day per week for 4 weeks – 1 payment of $800 ($200 per session)

1 day per week for 12 weeks – 3 payments of $760  ($190 per session)

1 day per week for 24 weeks – 6 payments $720  ($180 per session)

 

3 days per week for 4 weeks – 1 payment of $2,040 ($170 per session)

3 days per week for 12 weeks –  3 payments of $1,920 ($160 per session)

3 days per week for 24 weeks – 6 payments $1,800 ($150 per session)

 

 

Small-Group Fitness Training

During a small-group fitness training session, you’ll meet your coach and up to two other people for a small group training session at the Colosseum Gym in Columbia, Maryland. You’ll be able to motivate each other and get the feel of a team or group atmosphere, but with the individualized attention of a personal training session.  There are 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages available.

1 day per week for 4 weeks – 1 payment of $300 ($75 per session)

1 day per week for 12 weeks – 3 payments of $280  ($70 per session)

1 day per week for 24 weeks – 6 payments of $260 ($65 per session)

 

3 days per week for 4 weeks – 1 payment of $600 ($50 per session)

3 days per week for 12 weeks-  3 payments of $480 ($40 per session)

3 days per week for 24 weeks – 6 payments of $360 ($30 per session)

Many people supplement their fitness training with online training on days when they don’t meet with their trainer. Click here to see VIRTUAL FITNESS options.

*due to trainer availability (illness, schedule conflicts, employment status change, etc.), clients may receive substitute trainers for individual sessions or to complete package training session commitments. Trainers may also opt to switch a client to another trainer’s roster if he/she thinks another trainer may be a bitter fit for the client’s needs.
