You’ll receive the sports nutrition and exercise coaching you need to excel in your sport. We’ll help ensure that you’re at your best and display peak performance at every event! Your plans will always be tailored to your individual needs to make sure that you achieve the results you’re looking for!

Competition Prep – $250 per month

• Every month, you’ll get one 30-minute video session with your coach to discuss strategies, tips, and techniques to ensure your success during prep. This is so important since we’re 100% virtual!
• Every month, we’ll have a 30-minute group session with the team to connect, share tips and strategies, and cheer on/support those in active prep.
• You’ll receive customized macronutrient targets up to 4 weeks out from your event
• In the final four weeks leading to your event, you’ll be switched to a customized meal plan
• If you prefer a meal plan over macro tracking, that’s fine – you’ll get access to Meal Planning Software to use your customized macros to create a meal plan that fits your preferences.
• Natural supplement recommendations at discounted rates
• Customized exercise programming to ensure that you are ready for your event
• 24-7 text access to your coach to ensure you stay accountable to your plans and goals

Off-Season Plan – $75 per month

• One 30-minute group session with the team to re-connect and share tips and strategies
• Customized macronutrient targets
• Access to our meal planning software to use your customized macros to create a meal plan that fits your preferences if you prefer that over daily macro tracking
• Access to our exercise database with over 400 workouts to choose from
• 24-7 text access to your coach to ensure you stay accountable to your plans and goals during the off-season
• Continued access to the Ford Wellness Athletes app group to stay in touch with your team during the off-season
