With this membership, you’ll get to work out virtually with each of the Ford Wellness Coaches as much as you want – all from the comfort of your own home!  The best part is the classes are LIVE so you’ll have a coach there to push and motivate you, and to make sure you’re performing the exercises properly!

There’s something for everyone, every fitness level, and every schedule!

There are 3 plan options to choose from: 

Option 1 – Month-to-month subscription – $50 per month

Option 2 – 6 months of unlimited classes (10% discount) – $270

CARDIO CLASSES

TRY CARDIO CLASS WITH COACH TIBOR

This 60-minute class includes a warm-up and stretching time. We’ll perform various aerobic exercises to get our heart rates up! No equipment is needed.

MixxedFit® is an all fitness-level-friendly dance fitness session that focuses on strength, mobility, and elevating your mood and mindset! It combines dance movements with explosive bodyweight toning.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is an energetic step aerobic and cardio fitness experience! If you have a step, great! If not, modifications can be made so that you can still enjoy the class without it.

FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, & RECOVERY CLASSES

TRY MOBILITY FLOW WITH COACH JO

Mobility Flow is a class designed to get your body back to moving freely. We focus mainly on mobility & actively moving through ranges of motion. This class is for you if you feel tight or have aches in pains after sitting, driving or going about your life and exercise routine.

TRY PILATES AND BARRE WITH COACH VAL

Pilates is a core-focused workout that enhances posture and flexibility all while leaning out the muscles. Barre is a fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga. It aims to lengthen, strengthen and lean out the muscles, enhancing posture, muscular stamina, and flexibility. You can expect holds, pulses, and building on a ballet foundation. All levels are welcome and minimal to no equipment is required. **Mat or soft surface required for floor work

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING CLASSES

TRY BOOTCAMP WITH COACH JANEE

Bootcamp is a mixture of calisthenics, plyometrics, resistance training, and high-intensity cardiovascular exercise meant to challenge the muscles, and keep the body guessing! Modifications will be made so that every fitness level can dive right in! Plan to have some resistance bands or dumbbells on hand. Bring some water, a towel, and a CAN-DO positive attitude!

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES

TRY BODY PUMP WITH COACH REBECCA

Body pump is a fun workout that helps you build lean, toned muscles using weights and high repetitions to help you get max results. Each workout is set up in muscle groups and is about 5 minutes each. Every time you switch muscle groups, you get a new song, and the rep count is set to the beat of the song.

For any BODYPUMP workout, you’ll need to have:
a barbell & weighted plates for the barbell – or – dumbbells
a bench or step with risers

TRY BODY WEIGHT BASICS WITH COACH JO

Body Weight Basics is a full-body strength training class that can be done at home with minimal equipment. The focus of this class is to improve at the foundational bodyweight lifts to gain muscle, strength, and body awareness among many other benefits! We do variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, and much more to optimize your at-home routine with quick and fun workouts.

TRY FUNCTIONAL FITNESS WITH COACH KAY

Get ready for all things functional! This class is designed to focus on functional strength training with movement patterns that will be beneficial to your daily life. We will focus on technique and ensuring that each exercise is done correctly. This class can be done at home with dumbbells or kettlebells and resistance bands. All fitness levels can participate. Be ready to get fit and have fun!
