This Bootcamp-style class is a mixture of calisthenics, plyometrics, resistance training, and high-intensity cardiovascular exercise meant to challenge the muscles, and keep the body guessing! Modifications will be made so that multiple fitness levels can dive right in! Plan to have some resistance bands or dumbbells on hand. Bring some water, a towel, and a CAN-DO positive attitude!
