This class follows a “MixxedFit” style of exercise. MixxedFit is a fitness program that mixes explosive dancing with boot camp toning. With simple choreography, you are able to focus on exercising rather than just following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and simple dance moves, you will have a blast in class.
