Maya Lechowick

Clinical Nutritionist

Maya K. Lechowick is a clinically trained and board-certified nutrition specialist. Her whole health approach encourages individuals to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. She collaborates with patients to create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle program to get them feeling better and controlling their bodies again. She identifies the root causes that affect their gut, mood, sleep, energy, and focus and provides support to heal their bodies.

Maya has had her fair share of health challenges due to many health conditions. Feeling powerless about where to turn for support empowered her to make a career shift to the world of functional medicine. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, she has been able to address these conditions in order to resolve and manage them successfully.

When Maya is not passionately working with patients, she loves hanging with her fur babies, enjoying the outdoors, spending quality time with family, and being a foodie.
